"Ugh, why is Halloween so boring here." A young teenager groaned. The girl looked like every other pretty girl, but she was not, quite obviously otherwise I wouldn't have brought it to your attention. This was... "Aye, stop right there you." What? "you heard me, we can't spoil the surprise can we?" The surprise? "Yeah, the surprise that you haven't given me a proper name yet, dimwit." Oh, 'point. Anyway, this girl who so rudely interrupted me is a demon. From the fiery (of frosty, depending on the location and/or season) pits of the underworld. "There we go." shush, get back into character. "Fine."

But yes, she's a demon, and this is Halloween; the holiday where ghouls and monsters rule. Most however, are fine with enjoying the night time festivities with humans, going trick-or-treating and such. Our young demon here is one of them, long onyx hair fluttering in the wind, a simple leather jacket covering a plain shirt adorned her torso with a rather short deep blue skirt, two tone blue stripped stockings and black trainers kept her lower body covered. Of course, our demoness here was keeping to the spirit of the season and letting her true nature shine through just a bit, with a thin, spade tipped tail snaking out from the top of her skirt, a small pair of horns poking through her hair and a pair of wings unfurled out and through two holes in the back of her jacket and shirt. Vibrant purple eyes keeping a check on her surroundings, in case any unsavoury types try to get close. A hand with dark blue nail polish, kept close to the strange spiky cylinder attacked to her belt. Clicking her tongue she walked, hoping to find something to do, even something as simple as looking after kids would suffice.
"Big Brother, you meanie, stop it!" As if her prayers had been answered, a childish voice whined from around a corner. Peeking round to see the situation she witnessed a little white haired girl, about ten or so, in a witches costume complaining to a larger boy, who looked to be around eighteen at most, wearing casual clothes who was snatching sweets and chocolates from a little container shaped like a plastic pumpkin.
"Now now Blair." The boy sneered with a mouth full of chocolate. "I agreed to take you out trick-or-treating, so I should be allowed some sweets as compensation."
"Yeah, some, not all!" The Girl snapped.
"Yeah, well it's your fault for dragging me so far, if we'd gone back when I said we wouldn't be in this predicament, would we."
"That was after one house!" The demoness spying on them didn't like this girls brother, memories of her past flooded back and made her blood boil. Now, if only she had a chance, she could brighten up her day and the girl could get her sweets back.
"Stop eating my sweets or I'll turn you into a frog!" The girl, who was now hysterical, yelled at her brother, who just laughed at the wand being waved at him.
"Checkmate." The demon whispered with a smirk and, with a blown kiss, sent her own blend of magic at the boy.

Clyde was having the time of his life. Never did he think missing his friends party would be worth tonight but it certainly was. The sight of his sister nearly in tears and waving that stupid toy wand at him like it was going to do anything was hilarious, not to mention, he got a lot of free sweets to boot. He was so busy laughing that he failed to notice the flood of sparkles fly at him and coat his body in a soft red light. He wasn't distracted enough, however, to not notice his sister calming down, in fact, she was just standing there, staring at him with a gaping mouth. "What?!" He snapped before his hands clasped his throat. Instead of his regular masculine voice, a high pitched and squeaky voice had emerged from his vocal chords instead. He reached and patted around his face. His cheeks felt softer, with no sign of stubble, his nose, smaller, his mouth mildly puffier. "Wh-what's going on!?" He squealed, his hair had grown down to his shoulder blades and was still going strong. In fact, he noticed that is was the only part of him that was growing, the rest was shrinking, making him smaller. He shrieked when he reached his sisters hight and kept going, smaller and smaller until most of him stopped at somewhere between five and seven years old. He was practically swimming in his clothes.
"Di-did I..." The new girl's sister stared at her little wand before squealing for joy and hugging it to her chest, jumping around whilst singing about her "magic wand". The new little girl just sat there, 'Was it her wand? Is she really a witch?' these questions flooded her mind before she shook them off ' she can't be, it's impossible.'
"I got a new little sister, aww you look so cute now Cecilia." The de aged girl flinched.
"C-Cecilia?" She asked, worried.
"Yeah, Mummy said that if they had another girl, they'd call her Cecilia." Blair grinned, unknowing of the terror this brought to her now little sister.
'Why do I like that name, because it's mine right? No! My name's Cecelia, it always has been.. wait no, it's Clyde.'
"Now Cecilia, what did I tell you about eating all your sweets whilst we're out?" A very smooth and feminine voice chimed.

The boy's reactions were priceless. It was all the demoness could do to not start laughing at his panic. The girl was good too, as soon as she noticed that he brother was changing she just stared, stupefied, until he'd stopped. The purple eyes girl slinked out from behind the corner and began the part of her plan where she got to enjoy herself a bit more, after all, you can't just leave two pre-teens out by themselves in this day and age, now can you?
"Now Cecilia, what did I tell you about eating all your sweets whilst we're out?" She spoke in her most authoritative, yet caring, voice. In an instant the two girls heads turned to face her. Whilst Blair looked a little nervous and shy, the new Cecilia still retained some of her previous personality.
"It's not mine, it's hers." But obviously not all, if that as a first statement was any indication. "Oh, but Blair's is on the floor next to her, so how can it be hers?" The two looked and sure enough, there was a little plastic pumpkin, half full of sweets and treats, with the name "Blair" written on in Marker.
"But, how..." The regressed girl was so confused whilst her sister was happily searching through the container, overjoyed to see all the sweets her brother had eaten were in there.
"Now then-" The teenager standing in front of them started, causing both girls to look at her once again. "-you can call me Aeres, and I'll be looking after you for the rest of tonight."
"What!?" Little Cecilia looked so surprised, the demon needed to hold back a chuckle.
"Well, I can't just leave two little girls to defend themselves on a cold Halloween night, there are many nasty people about you know." She explained.
"Ok Aeres." Blair cheered. Cecilia was about to snap at her when our demonic heroine spoke first.
"But you can't go trick or treating in that, those clothes are far to big for you." She held a thoughtful pose before turning to Blair. "What do you think her costume should be?"
"A Kitty!" The  older white haired girl cheered. Her younger sisters eyes widened at the concept.
"Ah, a little black witches cat, then you two can match." The two's elder smiled and jumped, she had just the costume in mind, but to keep up the illusion. "So, you think you can help me with this Blair?" She winked at the little make-believe witch. The girl nodded her head eagerly and waved her wand at her new sister, with 'Aeres' sending a spell at the poor girl.

Cecilia yelped for what felt like the hundredth time that night as her clothes shifted. Her eyes wide as their mismatched colours all darkened to black. Her trousers and shirt merging and tightening into a frilly black dress, some of the material extending out of the back to make a long tail. Her socks shifted, becoming this and fluffy, perfect for a cold autumn night, whilst her shoes became little fluffy boots with a paw print design at the toes. Some material moved to her hands and became fluffy paw shaped gloves, to ensure the girl remembered her situation, whilst more moved up to her head forming into a fluffy hair band with large cat ears stitched on. When new underwear secured itself under her dress, she shivered slightly due to how comfy it felt. She winced when she felt something cold cover her nose, then spread along her cheeks in streaks. The last of the material became ribbons and a tight ball. Most of the Ribbons attached themselves in little bows to her outfit, with a very large one attaching just above her tail, wisible fromt he front. One Ribbon, however, tied itself in a big bow around her neck, with the ball of fabric transforming into a bright gold bell and weaving itself into the knot.

"Aww, you look so cute." Blair cried before hugging her new sister. Cecilia just stared at the winged girl in front of them. She was smiling, no, smirking and it was a smirk that told Cecilia all she needed to know. 'Play along, or you wont change back.' The cat costume clad girl swallowed hard and complied.
"Th-thanks Big sis." It felt so weird to say that, but her big sister's smile made it worthwhile.
"Aw, she called me 'Bis sis', she called me 'Big sis'!" Blair cheered, hopping up and down in circles before stopping and staring at 'Aeres'. "But you don't match us." She said, a little down heartened. This caused the ebony haired girl to look at her in surprise, before reviewing her own attire.
"You're right." She murmured. "We can't have that... what do you think I should be?" Blair's face scrunched up as she pondered her answer. Cecilia, despite herself, also thought about a costume. Why? She wasn't sure, but if they were going around in costume together they might as well match in theme. The girl would probably be able to look pretty in anything, the male part of her brain instantly turned to a few costumes that probably wouldn't be suitable for trick or treating.
"Ooh, I know!" Blair's chipper voice removed Cecilia from her ponderings. "You can be a kitty too." The older girls lips curled into a soft smile.
"Another cat, are you sure?" She got a vigorous nod in response. "Ok then." And with a bit of 'help' from Blair, Her attire shifted to something similar to what Cecilia was wearing but with a few differences. The dress wasn't as frilly as the transformed girls' and was more form fitting, the attached tail also seeming to move on its own. While she did have similar boots to Cecilia, she wasn't wearing gloves and instead and some cute cat bracelets on instead. The bell around her neck was smaller, with the ribbon being more of a scarf, and over her eyes, she had a pair of red round rimmed glasses which gave her a more youthful appearance. Lastly, whilst Cecilia's ensemble was all black, Aeres' has a similar hue to her eyes. After giving herself a once over, Aeres nodded in approval.
"Now, shall we set off?" She asked. Both girls cheered "yes" although Cecilia wasn't sure why.

The night was eventful for the young witch and her two feline familiars. The spent a good portion of the night trekking from house to house, collecting both sweets and adoration from the neighbourhood. All the while the remains of Clyde slowly ebbed away the more fun Cecelia had. Starting small, like eagerly running with her sister to the houses, to larger things such as admiring how pretty the other little girls looked in costume or like shying away behind Aeres or her sister when someone in a scary costume came by. But all good things must come to an end, and as it grew later, the three girls started the stroll back home.
"Aeres?" Blair's voice caused the older girl to look down at her.
"Yes?"
"Why did my brother become my sister?" The demon girl was wondering when that question would come up.
"Well, the say magic is more potent on Halloween." She started, her gaze shifting the youngest girl sleeping in her arms. Cecilia had fallen asleep not long after they had starter walking back. "That's probably why no one remembered your brother either. To them, he'd always been the little sister." She continued, Blair seemed to understand.
"Are you magic?" She inquired, hope beaming in her eyes.
"Yes, I've been able to use magic all my life."
"Will I still have magic after today?" The hope in the youngsters eyes made the demoness hope that what she was about to do wouldn't come back to bite her later.
"You should do." Adjusting her grip on the youngster in her arms as she stirred, Aeres continued. "Not as strong as they would be today, but you should do."
"Will you come back?" That question shocked her a bit, but she just couldn't say no.
"Of course, someone's got to teach you magic after all."
Blair cheered, happy for so many reasons, she had had a great night, gotten loads of sweets, made a new friend and teacher, but best of all? She had a cute little sister to share it all with.

The sound of talking caused little Cecilia to stir from her sleep. She could hear the voices of Miss Aeres and her big sister. She couldn't make out what they were saying, but Blair sounded happy, so whatever it was must have been good. Today had been great, Their nice babysitter had taken them out, dressed her up in a cute outfit and she got tons of sweets with he big sister. The young girl smiled as she settled back to sleep, dreaming of the happy days she would spend with her big sis.

The strange demon sighed, the girls seemed really happy with their new lives, and she was happy too. Sure, she'd made a promise to teach the older one magic, which would require her to enchant a wand and make sure she keeps on the right track, but looking at her happy face, as well as the smile the once older brother was producing in her sleep. She can't help but think that it's a promise she will not regret keeping
It's been a while since I've done one of these, but here it is. And a Halloween one to. I wanted to do something sweet with this and I think I succeeded. It features the return of Demon C10 (who I have yet to give a proper name yet) and some frilly costumes, nothing out of the ordinary for me then.
